What is your return policy?
Notification of return must be made within 5 days from purchase date. Return must be made within 14 days and refund will be issued. An exchange will be guaranteed if item is returned within 30 days of issue. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. An RA (Return Authorization) # must be assigned withing 10 days of purchase. Please contact us at returns@kloienyc.com for the RA form.
Damages to or omission of the RA form from your return/exchange may result in a 15% handling fee. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Any merchandise returned after 14 days from when the item was shipped will be authorized for an exchange, or store credit. NO merchandise is accepted after a 30 day time period from when the item was shipped.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at KloieNYC.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the (e-mail)address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your credit card or banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from KloieNYC.com.
